I have joined the American Cancer Society - Relay for Life - again to help as much as possible find a cure for Cancer. It is being held at the Liberty Senior High School Track this year, in July 2010.
Please join our team either through walking and/or donating, as well as spreading the word to others to help in the fight through donations, walking, and prayers.

What is a Regimen?
Every Morning and Evening:
Star with a cleanser - this cleans out your pores, removes impurities, and prepares your skin to be moisturized and treated.
Next in the Morning and Evening:
For daytime protection, apply a day cream - all Avon day creams in the ANEW, Solutions, and LivBotanicals lines have an SPF in them with sunscreen.
In the evening, use a night cream. The night cream is heavier and will help to moisturize and replenish your skin while you sleep.
Choose your day and night creams from the same line as your cleanser. Both will hydrate and reduce signs of aging.
Third treat your Eye area:
Remember that the skin under your eye is much thinner than the rest of your face, do not use a day/night cream in this area it will really irritate it. Think of your arm skin as cardboard, your face skin as paper, and your eye area as tissue. That is how thin and delicate each area is.
Each eye treatment (picked from the same line as your cleanser and creams) is designed to complement the rest of your regiman and treat the vulnerable eye area with exra care.
